Carol Meredith Consultancy Limited offers a range of high quality, professional services to not-for-profit organisations including charitable groups, public sector agencies, and grant making organisations. With a background of senior roles in the voluntary sector, and 8 years as a consultant, Carol brings keen awareness and experience of the public and voluntary sectors to her work in evaluation, development, and assessment.

Carol's working knowledge of the not-for-profit sector is extensive and draws on her experience of working with communities across the North East to evaluate projects. The experience of assessing a diversity of charitable organisations enables her to quickly assimilate the issues that affect community-based services.

In 2005, Carol completed the evaluation module for regeneration partnerships endorsed by the DTLR. Her role as a trustee of two regional charities brings direct experience of governance, whilst her grantmaking background, including representation at national level for the Big Lottery Fund, brings an assessor's perspective to her work.
